- Helped attend to the needs of outside clients using AV’s television production facilities. Set up meal services and made photocopies as were required by the producers.
- Worked the front desk and answered phones when receptionist was off duty.

- Assisted with recording and broadcast of programs produced by VOA and distributed to targeted audiences around the world
